Connecticut needs to do more to beef up health insurance premium rate reviews, says a new report by the Kaiser Family Foundation. Many states don't really scrutinize rate increases. If we're ever going to get a handle on insurance premiums, we have to get the states to protect consumers, demand transparency, and scrutinize rate increases.
This is an important report, not only for Connecticut, but for all the states that need to do something to control premium increases. Jennifer
