Politico is reporting that Virginia District Judge Henry E. Hudson has ruled that the portion of the health reform law that says people have to buy insurance is unconstitutional. This was expected. The government no doubt will appeal to the 4th Circuit, from where the case will go to the Supreme Court.
The judge did not stay implementation of the law, so the White House is continuing to move ahead while the case(s) progress. Jennifer
