Tuesday Morning Election Edition Part 2

Sometimes doing this at 4:30 in the morning means I miss a few late arrivals. So here's a second installment:

If you care about health reform, hear this loud and clear: Reform's future hangs in the balance. This election will make a huge difference. There may not be repeal, but appropriations can be held up, which might even mean a government shut-down (the article says this; I'm not making it up). Governors races may be equally important since reform is being implemented largely by the states.

And in non-election-related news, two important court rulings find that Medicare is being too strict about covering home health care and nursing home care. In particular, a court found that Medicare should cover home health care for people with chronic illnesses, even when their illness is stable. Great news!

Now, go vote! Jennifer
