Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius wrote a letter to the health insurance industry yesterday demanding that they stop spreading the false view that premium increases this year are due to health reform. You know that I agree with her -- the premiums increases are due to the same things that have been driving up premiums for years, and this year's increases are actually smaller than in previous years.
