Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About Health Reform Litigation
As you know, there are lots of lawsuits flying in an attempt to stop the new health reform legislation from taking effect. In particular, the lawsuits are targeting what's known as the individual mandate -- the requirement that everybody get insurance (and if they can't afford it, there will be subsidies) or pay an excise tax. Although I will post about important developments, there may be some of you out there who are as wonky as I am and who want to read about it yourselves. If that's you, thank the National Health Law Program (NHeLP) for assembling everything you could ever want to know -- all the pleadings in all the cases -- here. Go at it! Jennifer
