Florida Judge Allows Implementation to Proceed

Judge Vinson has ruled that, as long as the Obama Administration gets its appeal filed in the next 7 days, health reform implementation can continue during the appeals process. So the States that were refusing to obey the law in the meantime -- Florida and Alaska -- are wrong. There is no stay of implementation. And now there is no confusion about the issue, either. Jennifer
