What to Eat When You're Sick

I just got an email with a great link to a piece on the 15 best things to eat when you're sick as a dog. This isn't about dieting, and which suggestions you want to try out may depend on what kind of sick you are (for example, they suggest nuts and beans, which would be a bad idea if you have a gastrointestinal illness).
