Requiem for the COBRA Subsidy

Well, it looks like the jobs bill -- including the COBRA subsidy, extension of unemployment benefits, aid to states for Medicaid, and the postponement of the 21% cut in Medicare rates to doctors -- is stuck in the political mud, according to HuffPo.
