The latest news is that Representative John Larson says they have the votes in the House. They will not use "deem and pass" (see previous posts for explanation) -- they will vote on the Senate bill and then both the House and Senate will vote on a package of changes. It WILL pass. Vote is set for any time between 6 pm and midnight.
